Altrudy Lane Seniors will be restricted to people, age 62 years and over. To qualify, residents must annually meet income qualification requirements based upon the Orange County Median Income.

Affordable Senior Housing is often evaluated by the surrounding community based upon a number of important factors. However, in certain circumstances the question about who lives in “those” kind of communities becomes the focal point of the discussion. The reality is that low income senior residents are just like any other seniors except for the fact they may not have enough savings or monthly income to cover the high cost of living in Orange County. Altrudy Lane Seniors will provide an affordable, safe, and high quality living environment for senior residents to enjoy proximity to family and all the amenities that the site has to offer.
